Terms of use

- Candidate profiles are free. The published campaign site is a one-time paid product per election cycle; if it doesn't work as described, email us and we'll make it right or refund it.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of content you publish — your bio, positions, and any endorsements you report. Misrepresenting endorsements or impersonating another person gets an account removed.
- Campaign-finance compliance (disclaimers, contribution rules) is ultimately the campaign's responsibility; Stump's tools help but are not legal advice.
- The public endorsement ledger aggregates public information with sources; use of the dataset requires attribution to Stump.
- Don't abuse the platform: no scraping personal data, no spam submissions, no attempts to access other campaigns' private data.
- Questions or disputes: chris@joinstump.com.
